  As Palmer Lake residents, we've been coming here regularly for nearly nine years now and have never been disappointed. Our favorite is the Blue Bayou Pizza but all their pies are very good. We also get the Insalata di Cucina most of the time, as well as one of their pasta dishes like the tuscan chicken.
  
  The food is very good and consistent, but what makes this place most special is the owner, KT's personal touch. He is very friendly, will probably remember your name, and is almost always there to oversee the food and service himself.
  
  Bella is a real asset to the Palmer Lake "food scene", but it is small and gets very busy (for good reason) on weekends. So if you don't like a busy restaurant or want to eat american-fast, then order it to go and take it home! (that's what we usually do except when friends are in town).
  
  They, also have a 'German night' once a month or so, so if you love good German food, ask KT or a server about that. I'm not a paid reviewer, I promise, just a loyal customer. ... Oh, and, why not five stars? Because to mean that means 'unparalleled excellence' and I ahem only eaten at one or two places in my entire life that qualify for that.

  First time at Bella Panini, but now I know it won't be the last. The minute we arrived, the aroma was mouth watering and inviting. I love how quaint the place is, along with the personal service to match. Our server was fantastic, not only suggesting certain dishes but also bringing some samples for us to try beforehand. The artichoke and garlic soup was superb, as was the pizzas we tried. Save room for dessert, though. The tiramisu and bread pudding were to die for.
  Really looking forward to going there again.
